Boulders required for Hanimaadhoo harbor development delivered to site

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said that the rock boulders required for the construction of groyne for Haa Dhaalu Atoll Hanimaadhoo Harbour Project was delivered to the project site.

Taking to Twitter this morning, MTCC said that the rock boulder shipment was delivered on 14 September 2021. And the outer sea wall construction has begun.

The Hanimaadhoo Harbor Development Project entails a harbor 53,522.50 cubic meters, 37,575.50 cubic meters of port entrance expansion, 355 meters of outer sea wall, 50 meters of revetment, 270 meters of inner sea wall and 2,583 square meters of pavement.

The project was contracted for MVR 57.1 million.
