Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said that the Baa Atoll Fehendhoo Harbor Development Project is closed to completion.

Taking to Twitter this morning, MTCC said that the 90 percent of the overall project has been completed and the construction of the harbor bridge is currently ongoing with 91 percent completion.

Contract for the Fehendhoo Harbor Development Project entails a harbor.of 18,500 cubic meters, 25,000 cubic-meter harbor entrance, 214 meters of inner sea wall, 130 meters of outer sea wall, 282 meters of revetment, 558 square meters of pavement along with the installation of port hand harbor lights.

Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure contracted the project to MTCC for MVR 45.1 million.
