A student who attends the fourth grade in Ghaazee School has tested positive to the Coronavirus, prompting a number of students to be placed under quarantine.
"One" has learned that the positive covid result of a grade four student was received last Monday. The student did not attend school that day, according to sources.
Ghaazee School Principal, Mariyam Mohamed revealed that as advised by the Health Protection Agency (HPA), they have placed five students from the class and the class teacher under quarantine.
She noted that the five students under quarantine are from the same group that the students sit in the classroom.
Mariyam also added that online learning arrangements will be made for the students in quarantine, with normal classes continuing for all other students.
