Ameen Construction has been awarded the completion of 100 housing units in Th. Vilufushi, as well as the construction of new units as necessary.

Noomadi began the project back in 2011, which came to a halt in 2014. Works on 64 housing units were ongoing when the project came to a stop.

Housing and Planning Ministry said that the project was awarded for MVR 82.1 million, to be completed for 240 days. Under the project, they will complete the 64 unfinished units as well as design and construct the remaining 36 units.

Housing Department's Director General Vishan Naseem signed on the agreement from the Ministry while Managing Director of Ameen Construction, Abdulla Mohamed signed from the company.
