President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has received a red carpet welcome accompanied by Boduberu (traditional drums) upon arrival at Thaa Atoll Kinbidhoo as part of his visit to the atoll.

The President arrived at the island at 10:45 a.m. this morning where he was welcomed at the harbour with a large portion of the population.

As part of his visit to Kinbidhoo, the President will meet and hold discussions with the Island Council, Women's Development Committee, school staff and that of the Health Center.

Next stop on the President's visit is Omadhoo where he will be officially opening the island's harbor.
