Baa Atoll Fehendhoo Harbor Development Project is well underway with 89 percent of the project completed.

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) said that they have commenced installation of slab of the connecting bridge.

The project entails a harbor basin of 18,500 cubic meters, a port entrance of 25,000 cubic meters, an outer sea wall of 130 meters, 214 meter inner sea wall, 282 meters of revetment, 558 square meters of pavement development along with installation of port and harbor lights.

Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure contracted the project to MTCC for MVR 45.1 million.
