President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has visited ADK Hospital to check on the Speaker of the Parliament and former President, Mohamed Nasheed who is recovering after the terrorist bombing on Thursday night.

Spokesperson of the President's Office, Mohamed Mabrook Azeez has confirmed the visit to the hospital this afternoon, to One Online.

President Solih accompanied by the First Lady Fazna Ahmed visit the hospital on the night of the explosion as well.

The Speaker of the Parliament went under multiple surgeries following the explosion. ADK Hospital has said that the former President is currently in stable condition.

At the press conference yesterday, ADK Hospital doctors said that former President Nasheed is recovering after 16 hours of surgeries.
