The daily hours for COVID-19 vaccinations in the Male' City area has been increased.

Health Protection Agency (HPA) initially announced that vaccinations Neill be taking place from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. for the month of Ramadan. However, another 45 minutes have been added to the vaccination hours in the Male' area.

HPA said that the second dose of the Covishield vaccine is being given at six vaccination centers. They are, Maafannu Social Center, National Art Gallery, Parliament Administration, Hulhumale' Vaccine Center, Vilimale' Youth Center and Senahiya Hospital.

The Sinopharm vaccine is being given only at Treetop Hospital from 9 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
