While the Presidential Commission on Enforced Disappearances and Deaths has confirmed that the two people being sought are concerning the murder investigation of Dr. Afrasheem Ali.

The Commission had previously announced that they were seeking two suspects but had not  specified the case it concerned.

The concerning case was specified, in response to questions posed on twitter. The Commission’s twitter had also posted a video of the two people being searched for. The Commission reported that the video shows the activity of people in front of STELCO building at Ameenee Magu -west of Krusties restaurant- on 1 October 2012 the Monday.

Dr. Afrasheem Ali was brutally murdered through repeated stabbings at the stairwell of his residence in 2012.
