Sri Lankan Airways has temporarily ended their flight to Gan International Airport in Addu City.

AS Aviation, who operates Sri Lankan Airways, said that flights operated by Sri Lankan to Gan will be coming to a temporary end in April.

The Managing Director of AS Aviation, Mohamed Firaq, said that the flights are being stopped since the challenges facing the operations to Addu have not been resolved after two years.

While it has been announced that it is a temporary end of flights to Addu, it is unclear when the flights will resume.
