Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has summoned the former Minister of Housing and Infrastructure, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu today as well.

He was summoned on Tuesday too but at this time, it is unclear as to which case that was in regarding. However, Dr. Muizzu has accused the ACC of obstructing his campaign for the Local Council Election.

Denying the allegations, the ACC said that it was regarding a case they are looking into and the former Housing Minister has been summoned before and after his announced for the Election.

Dr. Muizzu has been ordered to appear at the ACC today at 4 p.m. He was previously summoned regarding plans for a housing units project at Has Alifu Atoll Dhihdhoo during his tenure as the Housing Minister under the Yameen Administration.
