Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 6,550 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 6,550 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 123,665.

Among these, 2,105 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 4,445 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 79,356 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 44,309.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
