Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 5,700 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 5,700 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 117,115.

Among these, 2,088 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 3,612 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 77,251 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 39,864.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
