Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 5,923 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 5,923 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 111,415.

Among these, 2,291 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 3,632 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 75,163 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 36,252.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
