Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 5,283 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 5,283 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 70,009.

Among these, 3,755 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 1,528 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 53,669 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 16,340.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
