Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 7,818 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 7,818 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 64,048.

Among these, 5,998 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 1,820 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 49,836 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 14,212.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
