Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 6,230 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 6,230 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 50,047.

Among these, 4,020 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 2,090 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 39,309 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 10,519.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
