Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 5,485 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 5,485 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 38,591.

Among these, 4,257 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 1,129 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 31,322 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 7,170.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
