Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 2,898 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 2,898 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 9,752.

Among these, 2,375 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 523 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 7,963 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 1,789.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
