After suspend flights amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the national airline Maldivian has announced that they are set to resume flights to Cochin, India.

The airline initially started flights to the destination in October 2019.

Maldivian Aero said that they would have three flights a week on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, starting from 1 February 2021.

While ticket prices for the Maldivian flights to Cochin have yet to be announced, they have confirmed that every passenger would get a luggage capacity of 30 kg.
