Kim Kardashian and Kanye west have confirmed that they are expecting a baby boy.

Kim spoke on the TV show Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live" television program last night and said that the couple will be using a surrogate this time around as well.

Kim and Kanye have three children. The first two babies were via a normal delivery while their third child was delivered via a surrogate due to Kim's health complications. Doctors had advised that it would be dangerous for Kim to carry another baby following her second delivery.

While the first child of Kim and Kanye, North West is five, the second child Saint West is now three. The third child Chicago is currently one year old this January and mom Kim had recently taken to social media to celebrate.
