A fire incident has taken place no bard a safari yacht near Kaafu Atoll Maafushi.

MNDF said that he fire incident was reported at 1:23 p.m. today and the Fire and Rescue Team has been mobilized to the scene.

The people on board the vessel when the fire incident took place were taken on board to another launch according a witness at the scene and no was injured in the incident.
