A car driver has lost control and crashed into the wall of the parliament building.

Maldives Police Service said that the car traveling on Hakuraa Goalhi lost control and crashed on the wall of the parliament building and the injured driver has been taken to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) for treatment.

The taxi car involved in the collision sustained heavy damage to the front of the vehicle while the wall near the administrative entrance of the parliament has been damaged as well.
