Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has mobilized to start the harbor development project at Shaviyani Atoll Feydhoo.

The company said that they have sent the full MTCC team and the machinery to the project site to today.

Feydhoo harbor development project entails dredging a harbor area of 27,500 cubic meter along with 378 meters of outer sea wall, 90 meters of revetment, 276 meters of inner sea wall, pavement development of 1,380 square meters, street lights and harbor lights installation.

The project was contracted to the MTCC on 29 December 2019 for MVR 33.1 million to be completed in 480 days.
