The total number of COVID-19 recoveries has risen to 13,204 after another 13 people have recovered from the illness.

Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 13 people recovered from COVID-19 raising the total number of recoveries in the country to 13,204 with another 634 people still in treatment.

In the same time frame, 26 people have tested positive including 11 people in Male' area. HPA did not clarify numbers in terms of locals and foreigners.

So far, there have been 48 COVID-related fatalities in the Maldives that includes 41 locals, six Bangladeshi nationals and a man from Philippines.
