'Best Investor Relations Company in Maldives' has been awarded to telecommunications and communications company Ooredoo.

The CEO and Executive Director of Ooredoo Maldives Najib Khan addressed the media stating that the company takes great effort to improve communications with investors. He said that he believes that the award shows that Ooredoo's efforts are well recognized.

According to listings provided by Maldives Stock Exchange, the last date where Ooredoo Maldives had officially listed their stock was back in August 2017.

Ooredoo was responsible for carrying out the most successful listing of a Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Maldives.

Ooredoo is also currently one of the biggest companies listed under the Maldives Stock Exchange (MSE). In addition, MSE noted that Ooredoo currently occupies the title of the largest Free Float Adjusted Market Capitalization company in Maldives.
