Another 15 people recovered from COVID-19 raising the total number of recoveries in the country to 13,026.
Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 15 people recovered from COVID-19 raising the total number of recoveries in the country to 13,026 with another 502 people still in treatment. There are 36 people being treated at the hospitals according to the HPA.
In the same time frame, 21 people have tested positive from the Male' area and four people from the atolls. HPA did not clarify numbers in terms of locals and foreigners. The total number of COVID-19 cases are currently at 13,583.
So far, there have been 48 COVID-related fatalities in the Maldives that includes 41 locals, six Bangladeshi nationals and a man from Philippines. Related
