Measles vaccination campaign to be held in three atolls next week

Health Emergency Operation Center (HEOC) has said that the Measles vaccination campaign that was stopped due to COVID-19 pandemic will be resuming next wee.

Speaking at the HEOC press conference last night, Dr. Nazla said that the Measles vaccination campaign is set to resume and so vaccines would be given to those between 18 months and 40 years that does not have the document of getting two doses of the vaccine.

Dr. Nazla said that although the program starts in Noonu Atoll, Meemu Atoll and Laamu Atoll next week, the program would move to other atolls after completing these atolls.
