A man has climbed the steel supports on the developing Huravee Building stating that he has not gotten justice for the death of his son after six years.

The man who climbed the support structure is Ibrahim Rasheed (a.k.a. Bro), the father of Nadal Rasheed who died after falling from the six floor of Mahchangolhi Berumathige.

He was brought down by officers of the Maldives Police Service and the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF).

Police have previously said that blodd samples from Nadal tested positive for cannabis and arrested five people that were allegedly in the apartment at the time, when the case was initially investigated by the Serious and Organized Crime Department of the Police.

And four of the five people tested positive for cannabis on their urine samples. However, later they were released by the Court.

According to the father of the victim, there are secrets being kept regarding the death and believes that his son was thrown off the roof of the house hours after killing him.

Hence, the father of the victim had med with numerous institutes along with meeting with the Police, former Prosecutor General, Muhuthaz Muhusin, former Home Minister, Umaru Naseer and the former Proseuctor General Aishath Bisham and the former President, Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom to raise his concerns.
