A person have been found dead inside a house in Male’ City.

Maldives Police Service said that a dead body inside a house in the Galolhu district in the capital was reported this morning at 11:57 a.m. and the body has now been moved to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

Police also confirmed that the deceased is Maldivian male and inquiries regarding the death are being made.

However, no comment was made in regard to the age of the deceased and the nature of the death.
