Economic Ministry has said that with the new round of lifting COVID-19 restrictions, businesses can now operation from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The Ministry made the statement today in an announcement.

Until yesterday, the business hours were restricted to 4 a.m. to 10 30 p.m. as a measure against the spread of COVID-19.

Economic Ministry said that business operating directly to the public need to follow the regulations set by the Health Protection Agency (HPA).

The precautionary curfew in the Male’ City area was changed to 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. in an announcement yesterday.
