A man as been attacked with a sharp object inside a store in Kulhudhuffushi City in Haa Dhaalu Atoll.

Maldives Police Service said that the attack inside a store was reported at 11:25 a.m. this morning. Police said that a 22-year-old man was injured in the attack and is not in critical condition and is currently being treated at the Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital.

The Police said that a 28-year-old man as been arrested in connection to the attack and the case is being investigated further.
