One-year-old test positive in quarantine at Nolhivaram

One-year-old child in home quarantine at Haa Dhaalu Atoll Nolhivaram has tested positive for COVID-19.

A post on the Facebook page of the Holhuvaram Health Center confirmed that a child in home quarantine on the island tested positive and the necessary procedure is being followed after the confirmation.

The child was confirmed positive on the release sample after 14 days in home quarantine.

One Online has learned that the child in question is a one-year-old and currently does not exhibit any symptoms of the illness.

As of last night, COVID-19 cases have been found in Kulhuduffushi City, Dhihdhoo, Hanimaadhoo and Kurinbi in the Haa Dhaalu Atoll.
