A man in home quarantine at Haa Alifu Atoll Kelaa has tested positive for COVID-19.

Health Emergency Operation Center (HEOC) said that a 57-year old man in home quarantine on the island has been confirmed positive when she was tested before being released from quarantine.

Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that with the case in Kelaa, there are now five confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Haa Alifu Atoll

Statistics from HPA said that that there are 90 cases in 26 islands that consists of 82 locals and eight foreign patients.There are eight people admitted for treatment at the COVID facilities across the country according to HPA.
