61 percent of sub-base at Hoarafushi stadium completed

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said that 61 percent of the sub-base preparation at the Haa Alifu Hoarafushi football stadium has been completed.

The company said that that they are now paving and installing the grates along with leveling the sub-base fill. MTCC said that the project also entails cleaning, digging and draining water from an area of 8,013 square meters.

Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment contracted the project to MTCC in September 2019 for MVR 2.53 million.
