104 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours raising the total number of cases in the country to 7,329.
Health Protection Agency (HPA) confirmed an additional 104 cases of COVID-19 infections in the Maldives. These include 76 Maldivians, 22 Bangladeshis, 5 Indians, and 1 Nepali.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in the Maldives is now 7,329.
They added that in the past 24 hours, total new recoveries were at 130, which brings the total number of recoveries to 4,691. With this, the total number of active cases is now 2,610.
There are 28 COVID-19 deaths in the country. These are five Bangladeshis and 22 Maldivians along with a Phillipines national.
