Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that the Maldives recorded zero new recoveries from COVID-19 past 24 hours.

HPA added that with this the total number of recoveries remain at 2,397 though the number of active cases are now 676.

The agency also confirmed and additional 59 cases of COVID-19 infections in the Maldives. These include 44 Maldivians, 14 Bangladeshis, and 1 Indian.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in the Maldives is now 3103.

So far there are 15 COVID-19 deaths in the country. These are four Bangladeshis and ten Maldivians along with a Phillipines national.
