The total number of COVID-19 recoveries in the Maldives now stands at 1,311 with 94 new recoveries being reported today.

Health Protection Agency (HPA) revealed that in the past 24 hours, 94 new recoveries have been reported which brings the total number to 1,311.

The number of new cases for the same period is 22. These include 09 Maldivians, 09 Bangladeshis, 01 Indian, 02 Nepalese along with 01 Thailand national. While total COVID-19 cases in the Maldives are 2,305, the number of active cases are now 714.

So far there are 8 COVID-19 deaths in the country. These are four Bangladeshis and four elderly Maldivians.
