Ooredoo Maldives has established its Digital Centers in Gaafu Dhaalu Thinadhoo, Fuvahmulah City in Gnaviyani Atoll and Kulhudhufushi City in Haa Dhaalu Atoll.
A statement issued by Ooredoo Maldives said that the digital centers houses a 24-hour self-service kiosk that offer recharge services, bill payments along with m-Faisaa cash-in service.
The telecom company said that Ooredoo Maldives had been continuously innovating and digitizing its services to provide easier and faster services to meet the ever-changing customer needs and technology is now playing a crucial role to keep our societal functions as we move forward to a new way of life due to the unprecedented global pandemic.
Acting Chief Commercial Officer at Ooredoo Maldives, Hussain Niyaz said that the “establishment of our Digital Centers in Thinadhoo, Fuvahmulah and Kulhudhufushi will help customers immensely in accessing our services in these communities, especially at a time where we are maintaining social distancing. Our aim is to provide these digital services to all our customers across the Maldives.”
Ooredoo continues to digitize their services in order to provide ease of access to its customers spread across the Maldives. Customers can also get round the clock support via its digital channels on My Ooredoo App, which brings together self-care services, m-Faisaa services and its popular e-commerce platform, Moolee.
