Another 67 illegal Bangladeshi immigrants have been transferred back home.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that the immigrants were transferred back in a military aircraft of Bangladesh, which landed in the Maldives yesterday with cargo.

The Ministry also revealed that the aircraft had brought in 10 tonnes of cargo yesterday.

A total of 353 Bangladeshi nationals were also transferred back home yesterday. All of them were illegal immigrants as well. They were transferred back on a flight chartered by the Maldivian government.
