A COVID-19 patient being treated at the ICU of Dharumavantha Hospital after their symptoms worsened have been shifted to the ward.

Speaking during a press conference at the National Emergency Operation Center (NEOC), Dr Mohamed Ismail said that six people were being treated at the ICU in Dharumavantha Hospital. However, after the condition of one of them improved, the patient has been shifted to DH 17.

Dr Ismail also noted that two of the patients being treated at the ICU now are critical, though the rest are improving in health. He further noted that both patients who are critical are above 80 years and that they both have previous health issues.

Two of the five patients being treated at the ICU are on oxygen as of now.
