A four-year-old child has fallen into a well and died in Gaafu Alifu Kanduhulhudhoo.

Police noted that the incident occurred this morning and that the incident was reported to them around 11:00pm.

Police also added that the Kanduhulhudhoo Health Center had revealed that the child was dead on arrival at the hospital.

Police is currently investigating the case.
