Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that the residence of the first positive COVID-19 case found in Malé City, M. Jareemaage has been placed under monitoring.
Through a tweet sent out on Wednesday night, HPA noted that the residence was placed under monitoring as part of the ongoing contact tracing works.
All unauthorized entry and exit from the building is now prohibited.
A Maldivian tested positive to Covid-19 earlier today after having visited a Flu Clinic. The patient has since been moved to an isolation facility.
