The service hours of the national airline Maldivian’s ticketing office have been changed.

The airline announced on Twitter that the opening hours have been amended for the ticket office, call center and the Viber platform effective from 15 March 2020.

The new hours for the ticket office are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday. The office will be closed on both Friday and Saturday.

Maldivian call center will be operating from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Saturday to Thursday and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Fridays.

In a statement released yesterday, the company requested customers to use the services online to support the global initiative to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection by avoiding crowds. The airline advises to use their website, Viber and mobile application instead of going to their offices.
