Ameel appointed as the Managing Director of Dhivehi Insurance

The former Managing Director of Allied Insurance, Ahmed Ameel Faaiz, has been appointed as the Managing Director of Dhivehi Insurance.

He was appointed to the position today. Ameel replaced Abdul Waahid Thaufeeq, who had a long tenure as the Managing Director of Allied Insurance.

Ameel studied at the Malaysian Insurance Institute and spent years with Allied Insurance and worked as the Managing Director from 2013 to 2019.

Dhivehi Insurance inaugurated their services officially on 25 October 2016.
