President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has appointed Mr Aboobakuru Abdul Kareem as Deputy Minister to the Ministry of Health today.

Prior to this appointment, Aboobakuru Abdul Kareem had served as a Director of the Juvenile Justice Unit at the Ministry of Home Affairs. He also served as a Director at the Ministry of Gender, Family and Social Services.

Aboobakuru Abdul Kareem is currently enrolled in Diploma in Office Management. He previously completed Advance Certificate in Community Health.
