Minster of Health, Abdulla Ameen, has said that all three people who were quarantined due to symptoms of the global pandemic, Novel Corona Virus, are doing well.

A 20-year-old suspected patient of the disease along with two Maldivians under observation at the Isolation Facility established in Kaafu Atoll Funadhoo.

Speaking at a press conference last night, Minister Ameen said that the suspected patient is in good health and the suspected symptoms are currently not present.

And the symptoms in the other two people in observation have subsided as well. However, they will be released after reviewing the test results from the samples sent abroad for testing.

Health Minister Ameen further said that samples from all three patients have been delivered to New Delhi and would reach Pune and the results would come in today.
