International Aid Campaign (IAC) has launched a fund-raising campaign to the help those affected by the wildfires raging in the New South Wales, Australia.

IAC said that the fund-raiser is being run in association with the Australian Peace Organization. A number of organizations have joined the Australian Peace Organization for the cause.

The funds raised in this campaign is set to be donated to help those affected by the fire, emergency services and the relief organizations.

And so, those who wish to donate to the cause are to transfer/deposit to the IAC account at the Islamic Bank of Maldives, 7770-0000-26259.

The fires at the forests of New South Wales in began in September 2019 and has destroyed over ten million hectares of land while 26 people have been reported gone missing with over a million animals dead. According to reports, 2,570 homes have been destroyed in the fire and 10,000 people have been relocated to safer grounds.
