Minister of Health, Abdulla Ameen, has left for Oman to take part in the Global Meeting to Accelerate Progress Towards SDG Target 3.4 on Non-Communicable Disease and Mental Health.

The Health Ministry said that the meeting is being held in association with the Health Ministry of Oman. Minister Ameen left for Oman this morning.

Health Ministers from various country along with other officials are set to attend the meeting to discuss the strategic development goals in combating non-communicable diseases and mental health disorders.

The meeting is set to take place from 9-12 December.
