President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has concluded his visit to the UAE at the invitation of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and returned to the Maldives this morning.

The President made the visit alongside the Speaker of the Parliament, the former President, Mohamed Nasheed.

During the visit, the President met with His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed and conveyed the felicitations on the 48th National Day of UAE to its government and the people. President Solih highlighted that the UAR is a partner in social and economic development that provides support in various sectors.

The two leaders reiterated continual cooperation between the two countries.

President Solih also met with the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed Bin Salman as part of the visit.
